Ranthambore Tiger Safari
4 Days / 3 NightsWildlife Safari

Overview
Ranthambore Tiger Safari is a focused 4-day wildlife trip built around three jeep safaris across different core zones of Ranthambore National Park, one of India's best places to spot the Bengal tiger in the wild. Beyond the big cats, the park's dry deciduous forest and lakes support leopards, sloth bears, marsh crocodiles and over 300 bird species. A visit to the 10th-century Ranthambore Fort, perched above the park, adds a historical layer to the trip with panoramic views over the jungle. Experienced naturalist guides accompany every safari, and comfortable resort stays near Sawai Madhopur round out the experience for wildlife photographers, families and nature enthusiasts alike.

Itinerary
Arrive at Sawai Madhopur railway station or by road, where our representative will transfer you to your resort near Ranthambore National Park. After check-in and lunch at leisure, attend a safari briefing session covering park zones, safari etiquette, what to expect and photography tips for spotting wildlife. Spend the evening relaxing at the resort, enjoying its gardens or pool, and get an early night's rest ahead of the following day's early-morning safari departure.
Rise before dawn for the first of your two jeep safaris today, heading into a core zone of Ranthambore National Park as the forest wakes up - one of the best times to spot tigers near waterholes and along trails. Return to the resort for a hearty breakfast and rest during the midday heat, when animals are less active. Head out again in the afternoon for a second safari in a different zone, maximising your chances of tiger sightings as well as leopards, sambar deer, crocodiles and a wide variety of birdlife. Naturalist guides accompany each safari, sharing insights on the park's ecology and conservation efforts. Return for dinner and overnight stay at the resort.
After breakfast, visit the historic Ranthambore Fort, a 10th-century hill fort and UNESCO World Heritage Site perched above the national park, offering commanding views over the jungle and its lakes - a favoured haunt of tigers, who are occasionally spotted resting within the fort's ancient ruins. In the afternoon, head out for one more jeep safari attempt in a fresh zone for those hoping to improve on earlier sightings. In the evening, browse the local market in Sawai Madhopur for handicrafts and souvenirs, before returning to the resort for a relaxed dinner.
Enjoy a final leisurely breakfast at the resort, reflecting on your wildlife sightings and photographs from the past two days of safaris. Check out at the designated time and our vehicle will transfer you to Sawai Madhopur railway station or bus stand for your onward journey, bringing to a close a focused and rewarding tiger-spotting getaway in one of India's premier wildlife reserves.
